Delete your Resquash account and data
You can permanently delete your Resquash consumer account at any time. Deletion is available in the Resquash app, or you can email us to request deletion.
Delete in the app
- Open the Resquash app and sign in.
- Go to your profile or account settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by entering your account email, then submit.
When you confirm in the app, your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
Email support@resquash.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include the email address on your Resquash account. We process email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your consumer account soft-deletes your Resquash profile and removes the sign-in links for that account so you can no longer use the app with it. Profile details tied to your account (such as name and contact info stored on your consumer profile) are deactivated with the account.
Businesses you shopped with may keep their own order or customer records as needed to run their shop; those copies are no longer linked to your Resquash consumer account. Deleting your consumer account does not delete a separate merchant (business) Resquash account if you also have one.
